This particular piece is about getting out of your head and into your heart. I’ve tried to visualise what it would look like if you could see feelings radiating from your heart, a little bit like sound waves.

So is it better to listen to your heart or your head? Here are just a few examples of how you can do that.

Listen to your emotions; they’re like a guidance system, telling you whether you're on the right track or not. Try and follow your intuition more; in business, it’s being used all the time now.

To live in your head means overthinking, doubting, and overanalysing a situation; getting out of your head is to live in the moment. By staying present, you rid yourself of unhelpful thoughts.

Connect with yourself and your heart as often as you can, be kind to yourself, and let go of the past and anything that’s holding you back.

If you follow your heart, you free yourself to become the person you truly want to be and live the life you want to live.
